BuddyPhones WAVE by ONANOFF are the first ever wireless and waterproof volume-limiting headphones designed specially for kids. With more added features, we truly believe BuddyPhones WAVE are the best kids headphones ever made. Offering wireless freedom up to 10 meters, the headphones are connected through Bluetooth and have a fantastic battery lifetime of over 24 hours. If preferred, or when out of battery, the headphones can also be used via cable and the BuddyCable system, a built-in audio splitter, allows audio cables to piggyback to one device so up to four friends can share.
BuddyPhones WAVE allows you to choose from 4 listening modes for different occasions. An adult can easily adjust the modes, depending on the child’s age and surroundings by holding both volume buttons down simultaneously. Toddler Mode reduces the max volume to 75db, which is perfect for young children, kids with sensitive hearing, attention deficits, and/or autism. Kids Mode, at 85db max, is great for normal listening. Travel Mode maxes at 94db and is great to tackle louder situations. Finally, the new and innovative Study Mode with proprietary technology ONANOFF pioneered, optimizes vocal clarity and enhances speech. Capped at 94dB, this mode is engineered to offer clearer, crisper vocals to help kids stay focused when studying, watching educational videos, or streaming lectures. This setting is ideal for when kids are studying new languages or when they need to listen attentively to speech.
The headphones are extremely durable, made from strong, sturdy materials and designed to last. The foldable headband is made of our specially calibrated polypropylene so it can be bent and pulled in every direction without snapping. The material is soft and flexible enough to withstand pulling yet sturdy enough to hold its shape giving the headphones longer- lasting value. Not only are the headphones PVC and Phaltate free, but the headbands can be fully adjusted to different sizes and are tailored to fit kids comfortably with pillow-soft hypoallergenic ear cushions to fit snugly for maximum coziness. BuddyPhones WAVE come in four dazzling designs, Blue Robot, Pink Unicorn, Green Monkey and Yellow Bee. The optional travel kit includes a protective hard case with a water resistant zipper and an airplane plug.
